"Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."

"Das Zimmer war sauber es war alles da! Vom Balkon seitlich Blick aufs Meer! Das Personal an der Rezeption super nett, besonders gefallen hat uns der Sektempfang und später der Sundowner an dr langen Anna mit viel Geschichten zur Insel! Tolles Frühstück!"

"We have a service dog who should by law be granted free access to any hotel. However, to this hotel for some reason it is not allowed to bring your service dog free of charge. Very bad service from the hotel and I will be in contact with Expedia to get this thing sorted out, as it is written in the service description as well."
