"Great place to stay with kids… the ball pit makes the whole trip worth it. Property is on the beach and really comfortable. The property itself is somewhat maintained. I think in comparison to other hotels in Kenting it is probably one of the nicer properties. Our rooms are nice and clean. However, the toilet doesn’t really flush well and the shower is partially plugged so it floods a little bit. The breakfast included is decent. Nothing special. A lot of options but mostly Chinese style. Overall I would give it 4 stars. It is clean and very convenient but I wouldn’t call it a true “luxury hotel”."

"I LOVE Meet Secret! The customer service is second to none, and the convenient restaurant serves a delicious breakfast every morning. It is also open for lunch and dinner. And there is another excellent restaurant also next door, Positano Restaurant, which is also excellent and reasonably priced. The rooms are large and clean, and everything works. I will gladly return next year!"
