"Room was older and not as clean as I would typically expect to see for the price. We also had issues with coordinating housekeeping services throughout our stay which left us reusing towels, running low on toilet paper and overflowing garbage bin for much of the week. They finally did clean on our room on the 4th night when I asked at the front desk but they only left 2 towels and we never did get the daily complimentary waters (other than the first day). "The property is exceptional . The hotel is very clean, modern , and lively. The location is in a perfect spot across from the beach and other attractions and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating. "

"Rooms are false advertised. Paid extra for a balcony room and received a room they had a railing with no balcony. A lady was trying to get a drink from the cafe in the front area and one of the front desk ladies told her to go to the 7/11 across the street. Went to the beach and was told we could not get enough beach chairs to accommodate our party and were only allowed 2 chairs. We were a party of 9"

"The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster. The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night....

"The breakfast menu offered a nice variety of à la carte options along with a convenient buffet choice for both adults and children, which worked very well for our family. The selection made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed. "

"Too crowded and noisy. Had use bellman to get access to luggage cart. Room was good but bathroom was needing maintenance attention, toilet paper fixture was loose, black mold on some surfaces in shower, would have appreciated a walk in shower, instead of shower curtain in a slippery tub "

"Breakfast was small but sufficient. Property is old and needs renovation. Works fine for a one night stay before a cruise or flight. Shuttle service was helpful "

"The room was great and staff is friendly. Location is ideal! Close to the beach and nightlife. The pool is amazing! The hotel itself is tired and the elevator and hallways were not the most clean. The room doors automatically slam so it was hard to get a good night sleep. Would recommend as the location was great! "

"Room was clean, but furniture really needs tobe updated. The kitchenette was barely stocked. We had 2 fork, 3 spoons and 2 knives. . pool deck and area were clean. This was our 3rd stay at the Beachview Inn. Thankfully, the elevator was working this year!"

"The staff is amazing- super friendly and helpful. Great location to the beach- a very short 5 minute walk. 10 minute walk to Pier 60 and the marina. 2 nice pools, lots of outside seating. Not many extra amenities, but they have what they advertise. The property and rooms look to be newly renovated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. "
