"First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!!
Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property).

"Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. They failed to follow the payment schedule so we had to contact hotels.com and as that took a while they locked all my personal items in the room and denied me access to it. My child asked to enter to have her medicine and reception said no you can't tell your parents to sort it!! The kids pool is unsafe. Theres no kids on the slides the reason is because they dont land in water but on the blue floor which causes burns on their skin as is it fast. The...
