"Stay away!! We showed up at the Hotel with no attendant to help with luggage. The location was dark and felt very unsafe. We then noticed an intercom so we proceeded to ring, ring, ring for about 15min., no answer, we called no answer, we contacted Expedia they called no answer and to top it off it started pouring with no cabs with-in sight "

"There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area. The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old. "Very nice, clean hotel and convenient for travel to airport. Shuttle to airport. As there were large number of people waiting to take the shuttle to the airport , Wyndham deployed taxis at their own cost to ease the situation which was a great gesture!"
