"The staff was very accomodating and friendly. I requested a room w/ 2 twin beds but it was quite small for 2 adults. Next time I'll request a larger room. However our stay was just 1 night so it wasn't a problem. We arrived after midnight and the outside door was open and waiting for us! Breakfast was very nice: cooked to order scrambled eggs, cheese and ham, toast and coffee. ps...very good wifi"

"There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area. The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old.
