"There is no need to stay here unless you really need to be in the centre of Guayaquil, which is not particularly pleasant. It is rather dirty, noisy and a bustling commercial area. Although the Malecon 2000 is only 6 blocks away, you can also stay close to it in a nicer area. The building is old and the B&B, which is a converted apartment, is also old. "Excellent staff, shuttle driver was kind and friendly, restaurant staff was professional, excellent service. Impeccable attention to room cleanliness and excellent housekeeping staff.
