"Location is good in terms of restaurants and shopping and hotel is clean.
However check-in experience was lacking. I had requested early check in or an extra night since our flight came in early. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask.
Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels...

"Vista del Angel is a small but excellent hotel a few kilometers north and up from the downtown area. It is an excellent area to overlook the city, mountains and angel. It is walking distance from downtown and easy to get to because it is a steep downhill climb. However, walking back up to the hotel is exceptionally more difficult.
The parking is free although it is very limited. The entire hotel is exceptional in cleanliness. The entire staff is excellent. The breakfast was the highest quality...
