"숙소가 정말 예뻤고, 투룸 풀빌라 개인풀이 생각보다 넉넉해서 공용풀과 개인풀 모두 잘 이용했어요! 전반적인 시설이나 청결, 서비스 등에서 너무 만족스러웠습니다 리조트 내에는 현지인이 대부분인 것 같았어요 음식은... 컵라면이나 먹을 거 꼭!!! 따로 챙겨오시길 바랍니다! "

"We enjoyed a three night stay at Mai Chau lodge. As the lodge was quiet being mid-week, we were given an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake. The local food offered in the restaurant was lovely. As options in the town were a bit limited we ate there every night. "예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고... 빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다. 그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다. 좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. My room was large, clean and had great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great selection for breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menu had a variety to choose from."

"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space.
