"Comfortable room, plenty of hot water and great views of sunset from the roof terrace. Some street noise so earplugs needed if you need an early night before a trip to Tikal!"

"The hotel is in front of the lake and has a pool facing the lake. Best sunset view ever. They even have a bar in the pool. The food was okay. But the staff went above and beyond for us. We had paid for breakfast but because we were leaving before breakfast time, they gave us a to go meal. Also helped us with the shuttle for the airport. Best experience thus far"

"Having a lake with beach access was amazing. The sauna and pool was wonderful. The restaurant was pretty unremarkable. It was nice that breakfast was included but some of the items on the breakfast buffet was at room temperature. WIFI is super spotty in the rooms. "
