"Perfect location in centre of Sofia within walking distance to everything. Only drawback is there is no official parking & drop-off area which was inconvenient. The property itself is wonderful with newly renovated modern rooms and smart features. Breakfast is wonderful and would recommend. We did not try the lunch/dinner options."

" Very nice, large spacious rooms! Spa is nice! Restaurants and service amazing. Couldn’t turn the ac down enough to a comfortable temp. Would have liked about 2 or 3 degrees cooler! Can hear club music till about 4 am on Fri and Saturday. Very close to the streets of restaurants and stores! Expensive if you need something laundered. "

"Unterkunft war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Was mir aufgefallen ist, das Gitter von der Klimaanlage war sauber, woanders sieht man immer Staub. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut. Zimmer waren groß. Bett und Kissen waren sehr bequem."

"The hotel is wonderful and the staff and breakfast are fab. The area is a bit dodgy with graffiti galore, drunks and an edgy vibe, however there has been no incident at all,just the feeling it might happen. It should not distract from the hotel's high points though."
