Cari Hotel di Pennsylvania

"My stay at the Swiftwater Hotel is definitely one my mother says she will remember! We spent two days there celebrating her birthday, and she enjoyed every bit of it. We absolutely loved our room, especially the bathroom! The decor throughout the hotel was also very attractive and added to the overall experience. The staff was not only friendly but extremely helpful. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, which is always a plus when staying somewhere new. One thing I would...

"Clean room comfortable bed - good breakfast only on Sunday , Monday breakfast options was horrible -"

"The grounds, room and casino were great. The hot tub was not hot my only issue. Will definitely be back."

"Is a beautifull place for stay and for the Kids."

"Everything was good"

"Very convinent since it is in downtown with public transportation being availability"

"The management demonstrates how incompetent and unprofessional are. There is no supervision. They mishandled our belongings and could not find it. They brought to me the belongings of other guests and I returnee that to them. Finally, after too much time and effort wasted, they found out belongings. This is the worst W Hotel I have stayed. Also this Hotel seems to be abandoned. Not even the system was working so I the checkout process could not be made when I left the hotel. Total chaos, but...

"Clean room nice staff"

"I was not too pleased with hospitality service. The gentleman in the morning shift (front desk) was very attentive and friendly. However the young lady at night was rude to myself and other guest that were coming in for check in. Also, I was disappointed in the service at the downstairs hotel restaurant. To my disappointment no one says good morning or greets the guest anymore and makes them feel welcomed. Why do you choose hospitality as a career if you are not people friendly or take pride in...
