"Renovierungsbedürftig, Duschen in Bädern kaputt, Englisch spricht fast niemand, nicht einmal an der Rezeption. Kein vernünftiger Parkplatz, Ich musste das Zimmer sofort beim Check in bezahlen. Das ist mir in noch nie passiert und ich übernachte viel in Hotels. Musik im Zimmer nicht ohne weiteres abstellbar, man wird unfreiwillig morgens um halb acht durch eine Art Wecker geweckt. Im Restaurant mehrfach unsauberes Geschirr. "

"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb."
