Heureusement, nous avons ensuite pu expliquer la situation à Olivia, qui a pris les choses en main immédiatement et a su régler le souci avec efficacité. Grâce à elle, nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour....

"My stay was very good. Despite finding out that I had to share bathroom, all went well. The host was very accommodating. The room was hot, ge gave us a fan. He provided bottles of water when I asked for water. He makes sure the surroundings was always clean and guest was never disturbed by any high volumes.
