"The room and property itself was very nice. However, the communication from staff was extremely poor. At check-in we were advised there was a free shuttle to the airport, and we scheduled this on the spot. However, when we went to check out they advised us they had booked the shuttle for 5pm and not 3pm like we had requested. "An excellent location to stay in Cusco, if you want to explore and be centrally located. The hotel won’t be to everyone’s tastes as it’s an old building so a little noisy and eclectic but for others it’s a real gem! Breakfast is decent and they provide a morning takeaway option which is brilliant as most activities have you starting off at 3/4am."
