"The staff but also people in hotel often made racist remarks, they thought we don’t speak Spanish and felt free to say what ever they like. Besides that the interior of the hotel and apartment can use an update, the couch was broken in our room and the tv as well."

Beautiful buildings all around but sadly appeared to have seen better days. We really appreciated the firm comfortable mattresses. We didn’t mind the thin towels or lack of fancy toiletries products. "The front desk ordered a taxi for me to airport. Horrible. No air conditioning. No shock absorbers. I arrived at airport a soaked sweaty bruised mess. Never do this to a customer. Offer a limo service. "

"I stayed here for two nights, one night each two weeks apart, thus I had different rooms. Both times the staff was very accommodating to early and late arrival times. They were very kind to thus weary traveler. The beds were very comfortable, showers refreshing, Nespresso in the room. I was always greeted with a smile, I would base myself here again in a heartbeat."
