"Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable

run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."

"The shower system needs work. The main shower head wouldn't turn on, so only the detachable shower head could be used, but as soon as you introduced any sort of water pressure, the showerhead would quickly rise out of its cradle and immediately spray outward, which, due to the shower design, caused the water to spray across the bathroom, hitting the bathroom door and making a giant mess on the bathroom floor. Also for the money spent, suite of rooms should've had 2 actual beds, not a regular bed...
