"Travelled with family for a weekend to use the pool. Booked the two bedroom premium room. Check-in was delayed by an hour because staff could not figure out difference between included breakfast in initial booking. Very unprofessional in service and did not offer appropriate explanation, I had to pay for breakfast again even though Expedia itinerary had included breakfast in overall cost. "A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "

"Although we confirmed via email our arrival time the airport shuttle was not there and we had to call for it to come pick us up. The shuttle to take us to the airport at 4:30am was on time. Unfortunately, there was no wifi. The food and service at the restaurant was good. "
