"At start dissapointed as during check-in the upgrade VIP perk wasn’t even discussed…. Had there been an upgrade available (online it was had I wanted to book)- I wouldn’t have received it anyways as girl at check in didn’t have the “authority” to upgrade. So not sure why they’re reaping the benefits of the VIP program if they don’t even know what it’s about … Property is clean - animation/entertainment/kids play room and overall Saftey is great. Water park is amazing and all pools outdoor...

"The perfect location for Paphos. Very accessible to all the attractions. Food was amazing with lots of choices. The room was clean and the sea view was fantastic. Definitely a destination hotel."

"We loved the hotel, facilities were spotless and staff were helpful and welcoming. Plenty of free parking was a real plus. If you are not all inclusive you may find you need to travel for dining options other than the nearby sports bar. Location is great for exploring the nearby nature reserve and less busy beaches. "

"Had an amazing holiday! The hotel is so clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pool area is lovely, as is the beach. The food selection was fantastic and very delicious. The only downside was in the room itself. There was only one usable plug socket or two when you unplug the kettle. None of the plugs were near the bed, which is strange. And in the bathroom, the shower kept switching between scalding hot and freezing. We did like the room, however, and would stay again. "

"I spent only one night in this hotel, and I was fully satisfied. The location is good, easy to find, with a parking space. The hotel has a swimming pool and there is access to a small beach. The reception was friendly. I had a big and clean room, a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. Only the air conditioner was a bit noisy. I would return to this hotel for a longer stay."
