"Cute little hotel In the heart of San Carlos. The rooftop lounge was a real treat. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast delivered to my door each morning. The AC worked great and the beach was only a 10 minute walk away for a nice swim or some surfing. Would stay here again for the price. "

"This hotel is undergoing renovations. But the room I had was very clean. I had a bar fridge & TV & the A/C was whisper quiet. The manager was very nice & helpful. The pool was not ready to use. When I return to Gorgona, I’ll stay at this hotel. "

"Petit hôtel au calme et pourtant donnant sur la Panaméricaine. Hôtel de taille familiale avec piscine et terrasse très agréable. Une très belle surprise pour nous à tel point que nous sommes restés 1 nuit de plus. L'hôtel est en pleine rénovation et nous sommes certain d'y retourner. Une simple petite critique : il serait idéal de pouvoir avoir un café au réveil. Peut-être une simple machine dolce gusto ferait l'affaire, afin de pouvoir proposer un café, thé ou chocolat en se reveillant...

"We really enjoyed staying at Casa Swell. It has a wonderful vibe in a semi-rustic setting. There are a limited number of rooms around a lovely pool. Beside the pool is an ample shared area, no walls but under a roof, including a large shared kitchen. They do not offer meals except for breakfast but each room is assigned space in a fridge/freezer and a cupboard in the kitchen. It is well-equipped for cooking. "Beautiful pool! Quiet, nice people. The food was ok."

"We stayed as a family of 4. This place was perfect. Friendly, attentive staff, plenty of delicious food and drinks, and a comfortable air conditioned cabana. We spent most of our day at the pool with a view over the lake and also tried kayaking. The overwater restaurant was a good place to see fish and turtles. We also enjoyed relaxing on our deck with a book. Highly recommend this place to anyone! "

"Este lugar siempre es una buena opción, en esta ocasión si debo decir q a la piscina le faltaba más mantenimiento y q la misma estuviese un poco más limpia, a parte es necesario colocar un pasa manos o baranda en la escalera de esta piscina, para evitar accidentes al entrar y salir, por lo demás todo muy bien y agradecida con la atención de Carlos el administrador, muy buena atención.
