"We where welcome with nice ladies at reception. I made a request for extra towels and they delivered fast at our suite. The manager was polite and nice, breakfast is realy good and hot. Ladies at resto are smiling and do a great service. Thank You."

"This property is right across the river from the Parliament building in Ottawa. It's extremely easy and convenient to walk across the bridge right into an area that has so many things to do and see. We had a.river view and a balcony which was great. Our room was clean except for a missed used towel from the previous guests. The bathroom area is small but functionable. There was a slight issue checking in; the front desk employee was friendly enough but when an issue with the third-party booking...
