"Unfortunately my experience at the Hilton was not up to level you would expect. I pre-paid for the room via Expedia, but during check in I was required to make another payment. No problem, maybe I was confused. Once checked in to the room, I confirmed that I had in fact pre-paid. When I went to the check-in desk and explained this to the gentleman that checked me in, he said they do not accept pre-payment from Expedia. I showed him the receipts. He changed his tune and suggested that I use the...

"Overall, a great location to stay in the CBD. I give the food a 2.5/5, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. There is a self service washer and dryer, but there is only a single machine so I would suggest the hotel add at least 2 more. Two of the bartenders make great cocktails and the bar is a good location to meet locals, especially during game days."

"The location is amazing and from its tents you can see the African Savanna. It is modest not fancy. Loved the bed and hot water. You are surrounded by animals. There is a 30 minute drive from the entrance of the park to the rooms. It took us almost an hour because you see so many animals!!! If you are looking for a 5 star hotel go elsewhere, but location and rooms leave you satisfied and happy. Btw, food is good too. Quick to accommodate your needs."

"Muy buen lugar para hospedarse!"

"Gentleman who checked us in particularly helpful, all staff very friendly and professional."

"A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service was excellent. Nice room pool and a choice of 3 restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend."

"Ottimo lodge a Waterberg plateau, scenario mozzafiato, albe incredibili. Punti migliorabili: ristrutturerei i bagni, cucina molto migliorabile, fornirei asciugacapelli."

"Rooms were neat and clean"

"Another wonderful stay. Very secure, central and quite .. love it there."

"Good place for honeymoon. All is well the nature is very nice especially the animals."

"Sehr Tolle Lodge mit vielen Tieren und tollen Safaris"
