"The hotel is located within 4 minute walk to bus stops and to the city center. The breakfast and afternoon fika are great. The dinner is okay and there is plenty of salad and soup to keep hunger at bay. The room was clean. When checking in, the hotel staff informed us that the keycards were not working due to a system malfunction, but this issue was fixed the following Monday morning. The hotel lobby is a relaxing and welcoming place, and there is free coffee available throughout the day!"

"Stayed in two rooms during my stay here. One small room and then one double. Both were very clean and filled with useful amenities. Only complaint I would have about the smaller room was that the AC did not feel sufficient. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and had everything you could want to set you up for the day. Staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Location of the hotel is ideal, about a 10 minute walk from the main train station and positioned right beside a tram...

"Excellent stay. The noise from the street was not an issue as others described. Linköping quieted down when it's time to sleep and we were there during world Cup final. And we slept with Windows open To enjoy the fresh air. Staff were friendly and breakfast was clean, fresh, tasty, and varied. Water pressure in shower was outstanding, beds soft and comfortable. Room a little small but sufficient. Location was central and safe."

"Everything was nice -- breakfast, staff, cleanliness -- except the WiFi didn't work for my four days at the hotel. I enabled it for my phone at 1pm and my computer at 7pm and it worked for neither, except for a few minutes on the first two days. I told the front desk, who expressed concern but said I just needed to have my phone & computer forget-and-rejoin the network, but that didn't work either. Had to use phone data instead."
