"The location next a very nice beach was its best feature. However, we were put into a room in a building that was not attached to the hotel proper rather than in a room in the actual hotel. But the staff was very responsive to our requests for a small refridgerator. And the beach was very nice. All in all, a nice stay."

"Die Lage ist fantastisch, wunderschön gelegen am Fluss mit vielen lauschigen Nischen zum Relaxen. Wir hatten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon, doch es gab leider nur einen großen Nachteil: Es stank die ganze Zeit nach Abwasser, da direkt neben dem Haus das Abwasser in den Fluß geleitet wird. Außerdem ist das Haupthaus sehr hellhörig und man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch vom Zimner darüber. Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage und sehr empfehlenswert."

"This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case....

"Unfortunately, based on our experience during our stay, I cannot recommend this hotel. Within the first 15 minutes of using our room, we noticed several hairs, including long black hairs, in different places. We immediately reported this to the reception. Unfortunately, the response from the male receptionist was extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of solution, he told us that the hairs must have been from us and that this was not the hotel's...

"Es por mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida en un hotel, reservamos y pagamos la habitación por adelantado, cuando llegamos al hotel a hacer el check in a las 11:00 de la noche nos recibió el dueño del hotel y no paró de gritarnos e insultarnos argumentando que la hora máxima para el check in era a las 9:30 de la Noche y que así estaba en las políticas (esto es correcto, nosotros no vimos este horario y llegamos más tarde). "El hotel esa muy cerca a minutos de Arenas de Cabrales o Cabrales si es que vas de excursiones tiene muy buena ubicación a pocos minutos llegas, tiene un excelente precio, tiene una vista linda sobre todo el amanecer, la atención del personal muy buena."

"WiFi was spotty, parking was great. Fan/light kept turning on and off during the night. Walls paper thin and could hear every word of the neighbors. No restaurant on site like indicated. You’ll need to make reservations if you want to eat somewhere after 8pm in town."
