"⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience. Our stay at Iberostar Waves Saïdia was far below expectations. Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. Communication between the hotel and Expedia was also extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service and not the experience we expected from an Iberostar property. Would not recommend."

La salle de bain était très sale, avec des robinets de douche et un lavabo anciens et cassés, ainsi qu'une forte odeur d'égouts. Pire encore, j'ai découvert d'énormes cafards dans la chambre.
