"This little neighborhood hotel is fabulous! The decor is absolutely fun, fun, fun. Staff was friendly and helpful and the place very clean. Centrally located in the Nob Hill District there was plenty to do and most within walking distance. Loved it!"

"Excellent location if you are wanting a neighbourhood with a great coffee shop and a variety of lunch and dinner spots. Our room was clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. The air conditioner was rather loud so if you’re sensitive to noise it could affect your sleep."

"We checked in after our wedding, we've stayed here multiple times before with no problem. Elevator was broken so my Wife & I had to traverse 3 flights of stairs after being on our feet all day, then had to do it again because our key cards didn't work. When we finally got into the room, the entire room was dirty, stained and reeked of a foul odor. We asked for a different room but were told there was none availiable of the room we paid for & would have to downgrade. We ended up having to Uber...
