"The grand Hyatt incheon separated into 2 hotels, grand Hyatt incheon and the Hyatt regency in March 2026. I was not made aware of this until I checked in at the grand Hyatt incheon. I was told my reservation was at the Hyatt regency. So the staff walked us to the Hyatt regency. The Hyatt regency said i had to pay the entire hotel stay again because it was a different hotel and get a refund from hotels.com. It was a pain to deal with after spending 11 hours on a plane. The Hyatt regency free shuttle to the airport doesn’t start until 10:30 am, which is inconvenient. We also got on the grand Hyatt free shuttle back to the airport earlier than 10:30 and they gave us a hard time about it because e didn’t stay at the grand Hyatt hotel. The bus was not even full.
The only nice thing about the Hyatt regency was the room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options."
