Oman Hotels with smoking rooms

"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"Arrived at around 3:40 AM Reception couldnt find my booking or that I had paid upfront. Room very basdic and tired. Plaster cracked and missing, bathroom with the most basic sink and a shower with an illfittingold plastic curtain. Not a tree star in a million years! "

"The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to the Matrah and also one for the airport the next day early in the morning. They work with a couple of taxi drivers who are really friendly and reliable, whom we felt comfortable with during the rides."
