"This was our second stay at the Muscat Intercontinental and this time again it was a very happy experience at every level: location, welcome, cleanliness, food, and importantly every single member of staff we dealt with. Too many to name but everyone at the reception desk, at The Musandam and other restaurants, at the Club Lounge. All faultlessly pleasant, professional and helpful. "We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is authentic, beautiful and clean. We had a room with a canal view and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff is accommodating and friendly. We ate at the restaurant on site and the chef made me a special dish of fhul madames, even though it was not on the menu. Wine is available for purchase at the restaurant. There is also a gym on site, and a free shuttle to the airport. "
