Cari Hotel di Kaunti Okaloosa

"Overall the resort was beautiful. The restaurant, staff, and the beaitiful court yard was top notch. Where it failed was the sub-par cleaning of the room, the air conditioning, and no place to place our suitcase other than the floor. We stayed in room 1172 starting October 1st until we evacuated October 9th 2026 due to Hurricane Isaias. We were stuck due to paying for our stay at the Island Resot months in advance. I purchased cleaning materials to sanitize and clean the shower floor and...

"Staff was amazing taking care of my husband and several other utility workers l who were there working the storm."

"Nice property. The bathroom area needed a door to separate from the bedroom but otherwise great."

"Staff and guest were nice. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants."

"Loved this hotel! It was so great to be right on the beach and made beach days so much easier. The tiki bar area by the pool was a great perk, as was the access to the pool at the hotel next door. The room was a pretty standard hotel room, nothing special but was clean and enough space for our family of four. I highly recommend upgrading to the ocean view room. Watching the sunsets off our balcony was amazing! The only thing that would have been nice to have was having breakfast included. We...

"Our workers worked til midnight and when they got to the hotel they would not let them check in due to it being after midnight. We understand that it was a very late check in. We feel they should not have honored the two room reservations or should have refunded our money. Our workers had to drive 6 and half hours home without any sleep. I spoke with Expedia and the hotel manager and there was no help give. This is ridicules."

"This was a really comfortable hotel. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one of our three booked nights due to a hurricane. The hotel was so relaxing, clean, and cozy that I was truly disappointed by that. Next time we visit Destin, I will 100% book Summerplace Inn. Travelers included one adult and three kids."

"The room was clean, the staff was great, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was just average. However, what really disappointed us was how the hotel handled a very difficult situation. We were caught in a hurricane, and due to flight cancellations, we had no choice but to stay an additional night. Despite the circumstances, the hotel wanted to charge us the full rate for an extra night, even though there was no electricity. Given the severity of the situation, we felt this was...
