"One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number. "We got here 20 min early, they said our room was not ready yet. Didnt get in until 3:30. The room was nice but the elevator or soming makes a lot of noise all night. We asked to move and they put us across from the other elevator on the same floor. The hotel is non smoking but our neighbors were smoking on the deck. The maintenance guy came over and told him its a 250 fee for smoking. So he put it out. The parking fee is 15 on the website but was over 18.00 with fees. The General manager ...

"We had the absolute best experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! Everything was so convenient and well maintained. The lazy river was amazing and the access to the beach was incredible! They have a DJ at the tiki bar and entertainment throughout the week. We chose to buy the breakfast coupons as part of our visit. The breakfast people were awesome and as a person with food allergies I felt super safe eating at the buffet! Will absolutely be back soon!"
