However the room had a damp musty smell and I could not breathe and had to ask for a room change around midnight when it became unbearable. The staff accommodated me in another room. This new room was ok for the first night but that damp musty smell slowly kicked in the second night. Glad I checked out the next morning. I will not be going back there."

Additionally, the shower door in my bathroom was broken. The level of service provided does not reflect the price paid. The towels provided were of very poor quality and did not meet even basic expectations. Additionally, there was no proper blanket or bedspread available, which is something one would definitely expect in a luxury category room. The bathroom maintenance was also below standard. The tap was leaking continuously, and water from the shower area was spilling over to the rest of the bathroom, making it inconvenient and messy to use. While the breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful, the core aspect of the stay—the room itself—was not maintained to luxury standards. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium pricing for a sea-facing luxury room. I would strongly suggest that the management focus on improving cleanliness, maintenance, and overall room quality to truly match the expectations of a luxury stay. "
