"スタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。 事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。 部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。 寺院が立ち並ぶ旧市街までは歩いて10～20分程度で、州立博物館もすぐなので、ロケーション的には悪くない。 なので、サービスに期待しない上であれば、良いのかもしれない。"

"It is a useless hotel to stay. The check in time is 9AM and when We reached at 1300 hrs found out the phone in the room was out of order. That means They don't check the room before giving to guests. That means they don't bother. They got it rectified at 6 PM. The check out time is 7AM. but when I asked for tea at room at 6AM, they told that the Resturant opens at 0730 hrs. So no tea before that. How can a person checkout at 7 AM, if tea is not served at 6AM. While checking out, ...
