"It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty...

"It was a wonderful historic hotel with many excellent staff caring for our every need. The restaurant 5 star with delicious creations. Breakfast staff helpful and some excellent choices to eat before we set off for our day. Mathilde was wonderful and not only looked after our food choices but also gave us a few destination suggestions. From here it is a short trip to Pont de Gard where we swam below a Roman bridge also Gordes and Isle le Sorgue. Hope to return."

"Hotel lovely and conveniently placed. Facilities at breakfast let it down. Insufficient plates, cups and cutlery available to self serve and tables not cleaned promptly enough. All in all a good hotel, but if this was sharpened up it would be superb."

"The receptionist Simona was amazing in enabling us to check in earlier than the check in time as per our email request. Even on check out the lady at the reception on the day was helpful in enabling us to check out a bit later than the usual check out time. I would highly recommend this hotel for the warm reception we got from the staff and it felt safe staying at the hotel."
