"The food was not great, I think it needs to be more authentic and not to accommodate to one type of tourist. During our stay they didn’t respect our sig of do not disturb and we felt that our privacy was violated."

"Do not stay here! Not worth the money for this all-inclusive. The rooms are very outdated and have a mildew smell. Food at the dinner buffet is terrible. No flavor and the options leave you hungry. Our room had rust in the shower metal rails. The doors and paint were dirty. I felt like we were staying in a bad motel. The toilet did not flush properly. We ended up leaving to the town for dinner. The night show was great! "

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "
