"Air conditioning worked, but only if shutters on screen windows were closed, allowing no natural light nor any outside views of ocean, garden etc. Breakfast was often stale bread, canned pears and peaches. The staff was wonderful. The Administration, not so! For several days they kept ducking me in order to avoid hearing multiple complaints about the difference between their VERY OLD website and the reality of the resort.... including filth, no activites, no entertainment, no spa, no gourmet foids, no clean sandy beach, housekeeping finaly after a week, dead fish in the outdoor shower removed after 3 days of asking, .... A refund was not an option accirding to a vety vain Administration young woman for the majority if the 21 days booked. I left early, loosing at least $900 Canadian, and refused to pay the small amount i owed for some meals. Were it not for the Staff the days there would have bern total hell. They did their best. They did tell me they had had to call in the Ministry of Labour. Setting is paradise. Living there is not."

"The room is great for travellers on a budget. Large bathroom. You need to bring your own towel. Many activities to choose from. Staff are very accommodating and it’s a beautiful peaceful resort. Hammocks to read and relax. The water is beautiful and you can bare foot walk down the beach and back. Horse riding on the beach and surfing was the highlight. Food is fresh and flavoursome. Good portion sizes and good bang for your buck"

"My review is for the Pacific Romance villa. Decent sized room but my main priority was having a water outlook. Over the pool to the ocean. All staff are very Fiji friendly and will soon know your name. Dinner orders can be taken at around 4.30pm so just turn up at the appointed time 😀. I thought infinity pools were a gimmick but I so loved it looking at the ocean. Bonus that it's close to a supermarket and other restaurants. Sorry that I missed the reef walk, but I definitely enjoyed the basket weaving. A wonderful alternative to large resorts. "

"A beautiful, authentic experience along the coast. Staff are amazing, rooms and views and unreal. And the bikes are a lot of fun. "

"Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe. The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more. The renovated rooms are beautiful glad they started to renovate the rooms. The spa is so beautiful they do the best massages I’ve ever had very expensive but relaxing I get every year for our anniversary with hubby in a couples room. The sports bar looks amazing with a big screen inside which is awesome as us from Australia love watching the footy every Thurs Friday sat and Sunday night. The only thing I suggest to the boss is to put the singers back to infront of the sunset bar again as there more visible everyone can see them outside when walking around the resort they can get a drink from the bar and listen to there beautiful voices not hidden away inside the sports bar as not everyone goes inside here. "

"The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing. I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room. They appologized and said they are working on the wifi ... Because everything else was so good, I would possibly give them another chance after checking on wifi."
