"Check in process was terrible they couldn’t find my reservation in computer system , 15 minutes after searching my reservation in the system he said provide me with your reservation number I don’t why I have to provide my reservation number when I already provided him my ID. "I really had a great time at this property. Only thing I had issue with is that only hot water was coming out of tap in wash basin, when I tried to move right in the cold water direction, it was getting turned off.
