"La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice...

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. One of the highlights was the beautiful welcome surprise waiting for me in my room. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that made my birthday celebration even more meaningful and unforgettable. The hotel facilities, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service exceeded all my expectations. It is clear that the staff truly cares about their guests and works hard to create exceptional experiences.
