"We appreciated that our requests for early check-in and late check-out were accommodated, at no extra charge. All staff were helpful and quick to respond to other requests/concerns, sending someone to help us turn the heat on and also bringing extra washclothes. We especially were grateful for the kitchenette in our room, which enabled us to cook a quick breakfast every morning."
