"A very difficult hotel to navigate. Poorly trained staff."

"A beautiful hotel with exceptional service! I had a wonderful stay at the Azalaï Hotel Nouakchott, with its lovely lobby and traditional seating area for tea. The staff made my stay special. Breakfast overlooking the pool was lovely, and the chef prepared a wonderfully fluffy egg-white omelet. The director named Esperance, was impeccably dressed, professional, and attentive. "Hotel directly on the ocean. Large bright apartment with balcony and view. Great service. Special thanks to Ibrahim for his invaluable assistance."

"The cleanliness was completely unacceptable, especially the bed and pillows, which were extremely dirty. The condition was so bad that I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. I paid for the room but could not stay or sleep there. This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience"

"A great place to stay in Nouakchott as a woman traveling solo on business. Very secure, modern, spacious clean rooms, gym on site, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and super comfortable to eat in restaurant solo. Highly recommended."

"Overall the room was clean and the breakfast was ok, but itnis not a four star hotel and a bit overpriced"

"Clean spacious room. Well maintaned. Staff didn’t speak English, but they were helpful and courteous. There is no elevator in the building. "

"The room was cleaned, but there was a minor power outage, no generator backup, and very slow internet. Great short stay, and a place to sleep "

"الفندق قديم وكان صوت المكيف مزعج وباب الحمام لا يقفل . وكيلون الباب مكسور وبلاط الحمام متهالك والحمام فيه حشرات ولا يوجد منفذ كهرباء الا واحد ومشبوك فيه التلفزيون والرسيفر "
