"This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained. There was a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay, and as the mobile phone signal was poor, we had to leave the hotel to get an internet connection. "The taxi and Uber pick up are out front and that was convenient. Upper floor was warm. Stay on lower floors. But fancy and regal and old fashioned. You can walk out the back door to the train station literally. Way Handy!"

"We had a very comfortable, clean, spacious room overlooking the Millenium Bridge. We needed to be quiet, as we were attending a family funeral. And it was. The facilities in the room are excellent. You have everything you need and more. Watch out for extemely hot water in the shower. Also, we paid an extortionate amount of money for a 10/15 minute taxi ride which the hotel booked for us.
