Cari Hotel di Northumberland

"Excellent staff great location and Kevin the coceirge doorman is a 💎 diamond fella. Excellent polite and very hepfull"

"Good budget option. Small rooms with basic amenities but spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. More hangers would be better but perhaps you can get these if requested. A lot of noise in the rooms overlooking the street, to be expected due to central location. Reasonable value. Would stay again providing it was reasonable rate."

"Our room was really spacious and clean and the hotel had a really great vibe to it with a huge staircase and worldly carpet. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Automatic check in machine was speedy and great"

"I loved it here. The room was lovely, the staff helpful, polite and cheery. It's a great location. Super place."

"Staff very helpful, gym was great and it was very clean"

"Stairs up to room were very clean and well kept. Corridors clean, spacious and lovely air fresheners used. Room was very clean, spacious and quiet and cosy. Bed comfortable and lovely pillows. Bathroom had good shower and a bathmat was provided which I like to have. Good shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream provided. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. Friendly staff. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Great hotel and lovely staff. So conveniently located also. Will stay again."

"The hotel was clean and the room was large with storage and tea/coffee. We didn’t use the facilities or have breakfast but everything was very good. We would stay again"

"The room that was assigned to us was clean, although the pillows are too soft for me as I suffer from bad back. Mark at the reception was very helpful. We keep coming back and choose to stay here as it was a good location to all the events that we attended. Highly recommended to all travelling to Newcastle. Newcastle train station is just a few steps away."

"Breakfast was nice asked for complimentary upgrade didnt get it, tiles in shower need regrouted and space in side of shower causing floor to be wet"
