"Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and easy to control the room temp. Angus pub has great food and great service,"

"My only issue which is a non-issue, is the number of mugs and wine glasses. A couple more of each would be great. We broke a wine glass. Sorry"

"Hot breakfast was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. Access to outside from your room via patio door was great for pet friendly room."

"👍"

"Arrived late and never saw staff. No time to use amenities. Parking a tad tricky on late arrival."

"Our 1st floor door stuck and was difficult to open and close. The Queen bed we requested on the 3rd floor was not appropriate for seniors so we were relocated to 1st floor but with a double bed, inadequate for 2x80 or olds who regularly sleep in a king bed. Wayne A"

"Clean basic accommodation, nice location on river"

"Easy access, friendly staff, well served. Planning to use their services again for an overnight stay when traveling by car."

"Had me booked for wrong day"

"What a wonderful weekend getaway at Away Cabins! Clean, comfortable accommodations, with a beautiful lake view. Quiet and relaxing! Thank you Debbie and Jason for a seamless check in/check out procedure."

"This was the worst cottage experience we had. Upon arrival we noticed a blood stain on the mattress and pillow and messaged the owner but he couldn’t do anything until the next day so we slept on the couch. Next day we only got a mattress cover arnd 5 pm instead of he changing the mattress and pillow for us. So didn’t even use the pillow. Next day after while eating breakfast we heard a continuous gurgling sound from the bathroom. When I went to inspect it. The sewage was backing up from toilet...

"Great and quiet location, within easy walking distance to town. We really enjoyed our stay and our conversations with the lovely and hospitable host- great breakfast as well!"

"Perfect."

"Lovely stay at a lovely property. Beds were comfy with glorious linens, in rooms on the smaller side. Stairs are curved and fairly steep so not great for anyone with stair issues. Spectacular views and gorgeous sitting areas in a unique rustic setting. Host went above and beyond to accomodate us. Kitchen was adequately stocked for basic meal prep. Would definitely recommend this place to others."
