"Unbelievable experience. World class service and amenities. Property is amazing and the staff is above and beyond. Kids loved the pools and buffet. One of the nicest properties and hotels we’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend."

"An Unforgettable Stay with World-Class Service! I had a absolutely phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. From the moment I arrived, I was completely overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible attention to detail from the staff. During my stay, the team actually recognized me from a previous visit. Being remembered and welcomed back so warmly made me feel valued not just as a guest, but as an individual. The...

"Nice very big and comfortable room."

"Room in need of a refurbishment. Balcony door broken, took three requests to reception to actually get somebody to do a temporary fix. Bath /shower had a leak so forever using towels to mop up the water. Supposed to have a bottle of wine in the room on arrival, this never materialised even after requesting it, twice. Staff really did not care about these things."

"All in all, a good hotel, although it is located quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. Many boat tours and day trips depart from different harbors, which are usually around 20 minutes away by car, bus, or shuttle. On our first day, we also noticed that the bathroom countertop was splattered with soap. Additionally, whenever we showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet, as the drain placement did not seem to align properly with the slope of the shower floor. Apart from...

"Spa was not good. Pool was cold. Steam room was hot"

"Leider viel zu hellhörig konnte alles hören was vor dem Hotel passiert"

"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...

"Gorgeous hotel and very, very friendly and helpful staff. The room we stay in was excellent. Will definitely stay here again."

"An amazing hotel that exceeded every expectation for me and my partner. We were made to feel welcome from a lovely greeting at reception. The staff were amazing throughout the stay and would always make sure we were happy and always met with big smiles and lovely conversations. We booked the room with sea views and a hot tub which was just bliss! The rooms are private and comfortable and it feels like they have recently been renovated. The local area has great restaurants just a short 5 minute...

"The hotel is clean and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. The housekeepers are really good and always made sure that the room was well stocked with toiletries and teas and coffees. Donna in Ombre Cafe was amazing and welcoming. The only negative is the evening entertainment is very poor, and that really needs to be improved."

"Lovely clean hotel. Room was lovely. Some areas eg around the pool and beach club require some updating. Staff very helpful especially Christina and Emilia in the executive lounge who couldn’t do enough to help. Even suggested great places for us to visit and helped with directions too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Not disturbed by noise from nearby Paceville at all."

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The...

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel was lovely, and the facilities were great. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and resolved any questions swiftly. The rooftop pool was perfect, and we had plenty of space even when there were busier times. The downstairs pool is gorgeous, and the gym is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend staying here!"

Secteur bruyant."
