"This is probably the best hotel on island. We’ve stayed in different properties over the years, but ARC is the most genuine and Saipan-like. The staff are always ready to work for you and are super pleasant and professional. The food is totally decent and the bar is absolutely capable. We had Sunday brunch which was great plus they serve actual champagne for the free flow!! The rooms are comfortable if a wee dark. Everything is clean but perhaps a bit dated. But it’s Saipan! "This is a really nice place to stay! You will need a car but can also walk to the beach, coffee shop a few other places. Our room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned daily. That is my number one thing when I am traveling. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again! "

"Room had an amazing view of the ocean. They came in daily to clean our room and refresh the towels. Staff was always friendly and courteous. They let us use the laundry after hours. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, a bakery, and a super market. Overall, an incredible place to stay!"
