Even on check in there were some misunderstands with reception trainee staff related to arranging the bill according to my company travel documents requirements, on check out everything was solved by hotel management in very professional and friendly way. "It was a pleasant experience staying this hotel. The location was in the residential area in the city. The staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent quality food supplied. The building was nice but put some updating decorations will be better."

"Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water.
