"Everything was great and any problems were sorted very promptly. The spa had fewer facilities from before like the extra jaquizi shoots and full shoot fountain in water which now I believe u need to pay extra, apart from that great pool sauna and steam"

"Property was average, drawers in room were broken, we reported it locally, staff were friendly. Big issue for us was already we have a claim from ParkingEye for a parking fine for an in and out on Friday 6/24 around lunchtime, obviously a scam since we arrived 6/21 and left on 6/26 as scheduled and the car details were in your system for all other in and out journeys without issue.
To add insult to injury, the rental car Europcar, wants a fee for providing our contact details in the USA on this...

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Poolzeiten waren für uns mit Kindern leider viel zu knapp . Aber das war auch unser einziger negativer Punkt. Wenn man den Tag nur im Hotel verbringt sind sie sicher ausreichend . Da wir aber die Gegend erkundet haben, haben wir ihn nur einmal für 15 Minuten nutzen können bevor die Kinderzeit zu Ende war.
Die Golfanlagen waren sehr gepflegt.

"It could do with more cleaning. The hallways were clean and smelled fresh but the room carpet needed deep cleaning with dust bunnies along the corner skating . The carpet looked discoloured and the floors creaked. The pillows were so flimsy and my duvet had a rip on the underside.
