"A nice hotel for a business trip"

"The venue was okay, and the staff were great — friendly and tried their best to be accommodating. However, some policies were not clearly communicated at the time of booking, which caused unnecessary frustration at check-in. For instance, we were not informed about restrictions on bringing alcohol into the rooms or the number of guests allowed per room. Additionally, the listing on Expedia stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, we were told that no breakfast was provided. Better...

"Staff was helpful and friendly. However, room was damp and floor was dirty. Insects in kettle. Towels were old and stained. Only one of the four TV channels was watchable. Images on web not representative of the place - very selectively taken."

"Memorable stay. We sat at the deck having a drink in the evening and again for breakfast watching the rhinos and other wildlife at the watering hole. Fabulous and memorable. Great food.
