"I’ve stayed here a few times but sadly I’m not confident I would return again. The property & rooms are nice but I don’t feel the value is there anymore. It’s not 5 star anymore. I loved the service everywhere but I was surprised with the subpar food & drink service at The Beach. It’s slow & you pretty much have to do things yourself. None of the servers pick up any of the food or drinks either, so everyone’s cans & pizza boxes go flying so the beach got dirty quickly. The lack of food options is awful! You only have 2 menus to choose from! I could only order the same 3 things everyday. You can’t stay here for more than a few days without losing your mind. Everything is wildly overpriced. The price is not a big deal to me, it’s more the value. It’s gauging without reason. An orange juice is $16. Fries & a coke? $35. They don’t have a hotel shuttle to take you anywhere, the only option is unsafe taxis. The room was super noisy, humidifier was loud, bed was creaking, etc. The VIP transportation service was late on arrival. Check-in service was extremely slow & the lady (while sweet) didn’t speak english well & was obviously very new. The last 4 times I’ve stayed here I had absolutely no complaints. This time however, wasn’t satisfied."
