"Our checkin was the worst experience we’ve ever had checking into a hotel! I emailed more than once to receive an access code for parking and we phoned them the day of but no one answered and I never received an answer to my emails. As a result we could not enter the Mont St Michel area and had to walk to the hotel from our car and back - a 40 minute walk!! Checkin was slow and laborious as there were only 2 people behind the desk but one was a trainee who had to ask her co-worker the answer to...

"This property needs lots of maintenance. It looks like it’s been renovated but is still looks like it needs more. Our room’s air conditioning was not working and it was hot. We asked the front desk and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Also the room had mold on it and we showed the manager and did nothing about it. We are still on vacation and because of that are sick."

"Centrale per visitare il paese.Stanza curata. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità. Il parcheggio è a 10 Min a piedi. Una pecca: TV solo con canali francesi."
